1. Shipping Destinations:
PrettyDeisgn offers custom clothes and kids backpacks service in United States, and we are offer our shipping services to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland.
2. Shipping Costs:
We offer three shipping methods, each with its respective charges:
For Standard Shipping:
We charge a shipping fee of $8 for each product. Therefore, if you purchase one product, we will charge you $8 for shipping. If you purchase two products, we will charge $8 for shipping per product, totaling $16.
(If you purchase more than 25 products, we will charge a flat shipping fee of $200.)
For Expedited Shipping:
We charge a shipping fee of $25 for each product. Therefore, if you purchase one product, we will charge you $25 for shipping. If you purchase two products, we will charge $25 for shipping per product, totaling $50.
(If you purchase more than 25 products, we will charge a flat shipping fee of $625.)
3. Delivery Time:
The total delivery time comprises product preparation and shipping. Generally, product preparation takes 1-3 business days (Mon - Fri), and shipping times are 8-9 business days (Mon - Fri) for standard shipping and 4-5 business days (Mon - Fri) for expedited shipping.
Total shipping time ranges from 9-12 business days (Mon - Fri) for standard shipping.

Please note that using a BOX address may extend shipping times.
4. Undelivered Package:
If the tracking states your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, contact your carrier first. If issues persist, reach out to us at service@prettydeisgn.com for further assistance.
5. Partial Order Receipt:
Sometimes, items may be sent separately, with additional tracking numbers not displayed. Wait for 2-3 business days, and if issues persist, contact us at service@prettydeisgn.com.
6. Order Tracking:
After placing an order, an email with shipping details is sent. Subsequently, an email with tracking information will be provided, including delivery expectations and order status. If you don't receive the tracking email within a week, contact us at service@prettydeisgn.com.
7. Customs Tax:
Customer need to pay customs tax if your package is seized by customs.
8. Order Delay:
Contact our customer service to verify the shipment status. Based on the situation:
