Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Application Deadline:
To initiate a return, please apply within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Items must be kept in perfect condition with the original labels and packaging intact.
2. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before shipping. If your order has been paid and requires changes or cancellation, contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process starts, we can not help you cancel the order, you will need to return the delivered package to us for order cancellation.
3. Return for Damaged Products:
If the product arrives damaged, contact our customer service promptly. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged product. Upon verification, you can return the product for free, or we can send you a replacement.
4. Returns Due to Change of Mind:
Customer can not return for this situation.
5. Exchange:
We do not provide exchange. Due to all of our products are customed, if customers receives wrong or damaged items, we would provide full refund or resend the package to customer.
6. Returns for Wrong Products:
Contact our customer service with a photo of the received product. After verification, we will provide a return shipping label. You can then request a replacement or a refund for your order.
