Refund Policy

1. Refund Process for Order Cancellation:
- If the order is not shipped, a full refund will be processed within 2-3 days after receiving your refund request.
- If the order is shipped, the refund will be issued upon receiving the returned package. Note that the shipping fee will not be refunded in this situation.

2. Refund for Damaged Product:
Yes, you can get a refund. If the package is damaged but doesn't affect the item's wear, you can request a partial refund while keeping the item. For severe damage, a full refund can be requested.

3. Refund for Wrong Product:
Yes, you can request a full refund and have another package sent to you. If you prefer the received product, a partial refund arrangement can be made upon returning the package.

4. Refund for Non-Receipt of Package:
a. If tracking is not updated, and the package is confirmed lost, a refund or a new package will be provided.
b. If the package is still in delivery, no refund will be issued. Delivery delays due to weather or holidays are possible.
c. If a wrong or fake shipping address leads to failed delivery and package loss, no refund will be provided.

5. Timeframe for Full Refund:
A full refund is processed upon receiving the returned package and confirming reimbursement conditions, once we confirmed, customer would receive the refund in 1-3 business days. The sooner you return the item(s), the faster the refund.

Refunds will be returned using the same payment method as the original purchase.
